A: Once you've placed your order with us, we'll set-up the entire website for you. Adding products into your web store is a simple process. Once you've established your categories, you simply upload your products into the system.

Q: How many products can I upload?
A: As many as you want. The only requirement is that you have a web hosting plan with enough disk space and data transfer to accommodate your product catalogue.

Q: Can I accept credit card payments?
A: Yes, you can accept credit cards through the use of online payment processors like PayPal, eWay and Worldpay. We will integrate your shopping cart with the appropriate payment processor.

Q: Can I process orders offline?
A: Yes, you can invoice customers and get them to pay by cheque, direct debit or over the telephone.
